Refund policy

Draft: our business details are still being added to this page.
14-day money-back guarantee
If TidyBench Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you’ll get your money back in full. That covers your first payment and every renewal after it. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Our orders are handled by Paddle, who sell TidyBench Pro on our behalf and send your receipts. Any of these works:
- Find your purchase at paddle.net (look it up with the email address you paid with) and ask for a refund there.
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email.
- Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with the email address you paid with, or your order number from the receipt.
What happens next
- Paddle sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
- When we refund a subscription payment, we also cancel the subscription, so you won’t be charged again.
- Pro turns off on your devices within about a week of the refund, at its next licence check. The free tools keep working as normal.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments aren’t normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a tool that doesn’t work for you, contact us anyway and we’ll sort it out.
Cancelling
Cancel through the “manage subscription” link in any Paddle receipt email, or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn’t refund the current period unless you ask within 14 days of paying.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel under UK or EU law. It doesn’t reduce them.
