Before you write

• Lost your licence key? Include the email address you paid with and we’ll send it again.
• Refunds and cancelling: see the refund policy. Every payment can be refunded within 14 days.
• Receipts, invoices and VAT: these come from Paddle, our reseller. You can look up any order at paddle.net.
• Team licences: tell us how many people need Pro and we’ll set it up on one invoice.
• A tool isn’t working: tell us which tool, your browser and device, and what happened. Please don’t send us the file itself if it’s confidential. A description is enough to start with.
