Do my files go to Paddle or TidyBench?
No. Paddle only handles your payment. Files are still processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Who is Paddle?
Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, handle VAT and sales tax, and send your receipts.
How do I use Pro on another computer?
After you pay you get a licence key. Open Sign in on the other computer and paste the key.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment, including renewals, for a full refund, no reason needed. See the refund policy.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email to manage or cancel your subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
